Enable/Disable Web Suggestions in Windows 10 Search:
Note: Modifying the Registry is risky, and it causes irreversible damage to your OS Installation Follow the steps correctly. Friendly advice Before Modifying Registry Creating Restore Point is recommended.
Open Run command by Pressing Windows + R and type Regedit and hit enter. This command will open Registry Editor Console.
Now Navigate to the following path.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
From the Left-hand side click on the Explorer, if the Explorer key is not there, then right click on the Windows Registry key and choose New > Key and name it as Explorer.
Next right click on the Explorer key and choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name the DWORD value as “DisableSearchBoxSuggestions”.
Now right-click on the newly created DWORD and choose Modify, and set the value to 1.
Click on Ok and Close the Registry Editor. Now the Bing search Web suggestions has been disabled.
If you want to enable it back, just follow the same registry path and delete the DisableSearchBoxSuggestions DWORD.
