Once you sign up for Windows Insider Program, you’ll get the Windows Preview builds. You can also choose the Windows Insider Channel to receive preview builds. Using Windows Services:
Open run command by pressing Windows + R and type services.msc and hit enter. This command will open the services management console.
In the Services management console scroll down and look for Connected User Experiences and Telemetry service.
Make sure this service is running, if the service is not running then right-click on the service and then choose Properties and under the General tab, set the Startup type to Automatic. Click on Apply and Start the Service.
Once you started the service, Restart the system once and check the Windows Insider Program Settings.
Using Registry Editor:
Note: Modifying the Registry is risky, and it causes irreversible damage to your OS Installation Follow the steps correctly. Friendly advice Before Modifying Registry Creating Restore Point is recommended.
Open the Run command by pressing Windows + R and type Regedit and hit enter. This command will open the Registry Editor console.
Now navigate to the following path.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection
From the left-hand side click on the DataCollection and from the right-hand side look for the DWORD named AllowTelemetry.
Double click on the AllowTelemetry DWORD and set the value data to 3 and click on OK.
Close the Registry Editor and restart the system once.
